Cancellation & Refund Policy
Safexpress Packers and Movers is an independent relocation service provider based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We are not affiliated with Safexpress Logistics or any other similarly named company or brand.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to services offered by Safexpress Packers and Movers.
1. Booking Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their booking by contacting us via phone or email.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Late cancellations may be subject to partial charges depending on work already scheduled.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where services are not delivered as agreed.
- If a booking is cancelled within the allowed time, eligible refunds will be processed.
- Refund amount (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
3. Advance Payments
- Any advance payment made is adjusted against the final service cost.
- Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable if services have already been scheduled or initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- Last-minute cancellations
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays caused due to customer-side issues
- Force majeure situations (traffic, weather, natural events)
5. Service Changes
Any changes in service requirements (volume, distance, additional items) may result in revised pricing.
Customers will be informed before proceeding.
